Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times:
Our team processes orders on weekdays, except on holidays. Orders are processed generally within 1-3 business days of receipt, from our warehouse in Vietnam.
Estimated delivery Time : 2-3days after the shipment
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at capimatchahouse@gmail.com within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at capimatchahouse@gmail.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
