Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times:
Our team processes orders on weekdays, except on holidays. Orders are processed generally within 1-3 business days of receipt, from our warehouse in Japan. During high volume order periods, orders may take an additional 1–3 days to process. 
Estimated delivery Time : 5-15days after the shipment

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

 

Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FO addresses, or certain remote locations. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs for US orders are reflected at checkout. For any orders, shipping costs do not include any import duties and taxes you may incur.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at capimatcha.info@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at capimatcha.info@gmail.com Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
